Moreover, the experience of having constant challenges provided me with the understanding of the key element of personal development: make sure that my plans include short-term wins and long-term deliverables.

What’s your advice to people who want to join Office Depot?
When people ask for advice or my opinion if they should come and work for Office Depot I always tell them never to fear that they are not suitable for this line of work, but be prepared to be challenged intellectually, innovative, dynamic and proactive, and they will fit right in.
