What do you do at Office Depot?
I treat complaints that come from the customers or other services (customer service, incoming orders, cash) and try to come up with solutions. I give support and feedback for the members of the team: if somebody has a question I am there to answer or to guide to find a good solution; also I provide constructive feedback when making QC’s, so that people can work further on their performance.
How has working for Office Depot been like for you so far?
I had difficult times, especially at the beginning. I had also good times when my work was recognized so I had much satisfaction as well… I like my job and its potential.
What excites you about working at Office Depot in the future?
The possibility to change and grow; the resources given and the people I am working with.
What’s your advice to people who want to join Office Depot?
Don’t resist to change… you won’t survive. After all, smart people are not those who have a high IQ, but those who can adapt to new situations. Be prepared to face new challenges every day. And remember, if there is one day in which you didn’t learn even the smallest new thing, that’s a lost day in the circuit of your career.
